To set up your withdrawal, go to your account, where you'll be asked to fill out a form with the following information:
In addition to the above, for your security, you'll now need to provide a document verifying that the selected payment method belongs to you and that you are the account holder.
To do this, you can upload:
- A photo of your account information clearly visible in the app you use/storage key and your full name.
- A selfie holding a piece of paper or your phone with the account information visible near your face (recommended to avoid confusion when validating the payment method).
Once you've completed the form and provided proof of bank account ownership, simply choose your payment method, and you'll be able to withdraw your funds successfully.
