How does our payment period work?
Our payment period is weekly, and payments are processed on Fridays of each week.
You can request payments every week (as long as you reach the minimum amount and request it) without limit.
The first payment request is processed two weeks after it is submitted. During this time, we validate your profile and verify your users' transactions, as we are the only platform that doesn't charge you for refunds from your fans (if they reverse the charges on their cards). This ensures you won't have any unpleasant surprises when receiving pending payments.
From that point on, you can request weekly payments (which will be included in the next payment period, i.e., the following Friday) for the money you have invoiced up to the previous week.
What is pending money and when is it released?
The outstanding balance is the money you have invoiced during the current week and is automatically released 4 days after you receive it.
